Programme
The Ave Maria is part of a close community where everyone
is involved in organising activities. The village of Tooreen
plays a major part in the activity schedule which,
includes:
- An evening of music and song weekly
- Local plays and Irish Dancing by the Saint Bridget's
School drama group
- Card-playing
- Arts and crafts, candle-making and pottery all
onsite
- Reduced green fees for senior citizens available at
nearby Golf Courses

Planned Outings
Planned outings will be a major part of the activity
programme. The Ave Maria has it's own mini bus to facilitate
resident outings and here are just a few examples of the day
trip itinerary.
